OUI, Drugs, Breaking and Entering Arrests: Waltham Police

WALTHAM, MA - The following are excerpts from the Waltham police department.

Dec. 11

• At 9:02 a.m., Sildy German, 31, 455 Totten Pond Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate a drug law
• At 10:59 p.m., Job Duffrene, 25, 69 Plympton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering at nighttime to a vehicle/boat, larceny under $250 (two counts), attempt to commit a crime, breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony into a vehicle/boat (two counts)

Dec. 12

• At 2:19 a.m., David Ramirez, 29, 79 Hall St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct

Dec. 13

• At 12:06 a.m., John Perry, 51, 635 Somerville Ave., Somerville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation
• At 7:49 p.m., John Drost, 61, 12st James Ave., Norwood, OUI (first offense)
