Pedestrian Hit By Vehicle In Downtown Waltham: Police
The crash occurred Tuesday, and it's not yet clear what the victim's condition is.
WALTHAM, MA — A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle Tuesday in downtown Waltham, according to a police report.
The accident occurred around 10 a.m. near the intersection of Carter and Elm streets, a block from City Hall, police said.
Officers treated the pedestrian with help from the city fire and rescue personnel, and the victim was taken to a local hospital.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. Details of the accident – including the names of both individuals, the victim's condition, and whether the driver might face charges – were unavailable Wednesday morning.
