In the Pipeline: Waltham Gets $3.6 Million for City's Sewer

It will be a landmark expansion for the city.

The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is granting $3.6 million to Waltham for the city’s expansion of the Community I/I Program. The program will help pay for the repair and rehabilitation of the city’s sewer infrastructure.

On Tuesday, March 31, Mayor McCarthy joins the MWRA and the MWRA’s Advisory Board to receive the money in the mayor’s office, 610 Main St., at 2:30 p.m.
