Plow Scare: City Worker's Vehicle Starts to Fall Through Railroad Bridge
A city worker was 'scared to death" on New Year's Day when his plow started to fall.

City worker Roger Bourque, Jr., was “scared to death” when his plow suddenly started to fall through the Newton Street railroad bridge on Jan. 1.
“He could have fallen 30 feet to the tracks below,” said photographer Peter Lobo.
