Police Investigate Drowning in Waltham Pool
The man was found in a pool on Rutledge Terrace Sunday morning.

Waltham, MA – A 41-year-old man died after he was found unresponsive in a Waltham pool shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday morning, according to police.
Police were called to 22 Rutledge Ter. by neighbors who responded to cries for help at the residence. Officers arrived to find neighbors performing CPR on the man and took over the efforts to resuscitate him, police said in a statement.
The man was taken to Newton-Wellesley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Police believe the incident to be an accidental drowning; it is currently under investigation by Waltham Police, Massachusetts State Police and the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
