Police Make Arrests for Break-Ins, Concealing Merchandise

Arrests, April 9:
- At 7:40 a.m., Marvin Gutttierez, 30, 74 Exchange St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with B&E into a vehicle/boat in the daytime for a felony
- At 6:25 p.m., Oscar Juarez-Lopez, 39, 73 Brown St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise
- At 9:57 p.m., Alex Lemus, 19, 67 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested on a warrant, and charged with larceny over $250, B&E in the daytime for a felony
