Proposed Wings Over in Waltham Officially Dead
City council approves company's request to withdraw proposal.
The City Council last night officially approved a request to cancel a proposal to bring a Wings Over location to Waltham, according to City Clerk Russ Malone.
Although largely a formality, the council unanimously approved Savin Food's request to to cancel its request for a fast food permit, that would have allowed it to open a Waltham location. The news comes after a
