The common has been transformed into a mini Uganda, the Farmer's Market is underway and there's free mini golf. If you're feeling more like spring cleaning there's a hazardous waste drop off. We've got you covered.

Radio Uganda Boston's Summer Splash: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the Common.

Free Music, food, festival. This is the seventh year for this celebration. The Common turns into a mini Kampala. Child family friendly.

Waltham Farmer's Market: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Meet local farmers and get your fresh veggies. Check out the ice cream, too. Government Center.

Hazardous Waste Collection: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. head down to the event and get rid of that motor oil or weird stuff in your garage for FREE.

Note new location for now: 201 Bedford Street in Lexington MA. Do NOT go to the regular 60 Hartwell Avenue address. It is closed at this time.

Mini golf: Noon - 6 p.m. Enjoy some historical/educational mini golf at Prospect Hill Park, 314 Totten Pond Road. All of the holes are themed from Prospect Hill. It's Free.
