Relish Burger Bistro Coming to Waltham

WALTHAM, MA - A new burger-centric restaurant is coming to a hotel in Waltham, where it will be one of only four locations across the country.

Relish Burger Bistro is set to open in the Westin Waltham Boston at 70 3rd Ave. in early April, taking over the Seventy @ Third restaurant space, Boston Restaurant Talk reported.

Featuring specialty dishes by executive chef Juan Luna, Relish Burger Bistro will become the new in-hotel restaurant. Guests can expect to choose from a chopped salad, harissa vegetable bowl, sliders, veggie and chicken burgers, and fries, among other dining staples, according to Boston Eater.

But the hallmark of the restaurant is its selection of burgers, which include the Watch City Burger, made with bison meat and garnished with two fried eggs on top, and the Signature Burger, made using Kobe beef.

Relish Burger Bistro has three other locations in Westin hotels nationwide - the Westin Seattle Hotel, the Westin Maui, and at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona.
