Rep. Katherine Clark Invites District Students to Code for App Challenge
High school students in participating districts can submit an original app for the chance to be recognized by a state representative.

Congresswoman Katherine Clark is calling on high school students in Massachusetts' 5th District with a passion for coding to submit an app to the 2016 Congressional App Challenge.
This year's challenge, co-chaired by Rep. Seth Moulton and California state representative Ed Royce, is a congressional initiative aimed at furthering science, technology, engineering and mathematics education in schools.
Students in participating districts can create and submit an original app for the chance to be recognized by a member of Congress. So far in Massachusetts, Districts 2, 4, 5 and 6 have signed up to participate in the challenge.
