RTN Federal Credit Union Serves Dinner at Waltham Soup Kitchen

Waltham, MA – RTN Federal Credit Union representatives sponsored and served dinner for close to 50 men and women at Waltham's Bristol Lodge Soup Kitchen on June 30.

The event, held by the company's Employees Community Outreach Committee, is one of many the group supports annually through personal donations and volunteer work.

"We look forward to sponsoring dinner at Bristol Lodge a couple of times of year because we know the need that exists in our own backyard," RTN Assistant Regional Branch Manager and committee chair Robin Hartnett said in a press release. "It is a privilege to serve the people and experience the appreciation they have for such a simple act of kindness."

Bristol Lodge, located at Immanuel United Methodist Church on Moody Street, is a program of the Middlesex Human Services Agency. The soup kitchen serves hot meals daily to local residents in need.
