RTN Hosts Ice Cream Social at New England Baptist Hospital

Staff from the Waltham business served up some tasty sweets to hospital employees.

WALTHAM, MA – RTN Federal Credit Union held an ice cream social at New England Baptist Hospital last week, giving hospital staffers a sweet break from their shifts.

Credit union employees were on hand to scoop and serve ice cream to more than 100 staffers at the hospital as part of RTN at Work.

Over the summer, RTN at Work visited selected employee groups (SEGs) with gifts, including ice cream at Lawrence General Hospital and cupcakes at Bournewood Hospital. The organization partners with SEGs throughout the year to bring sweets, information tables, financial education seminars and the RTN to Go mobile branch to the workplace.
