The Salvation Army Names New Leadership In Waltham

WALTHAM, MA — The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division announced Wednesday that Lieutenant Nicole Fullop has been appointed to the Assistant Corps Officer for the Waltham Corps and Community Center following 12 years of service to The Salvation Army in New Jersey and New York.

Fullop is a veteran of the United States Army, a former early childhood educator, and spent time working in the retail industry prior to beginning her career and service with The Salvation Army. She will focus on building the Waltham children’s program and other initiatives.

“I’m very excited to be joining The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division and look forward to engaging with the Waltham community,” said Fullop in a statement. “We have a lot of plans for our services in Waltham to address need among families and individuals. One priority is to build and expand that we would like to enhance. I want to bridge the gap from our after-school program to Corps ministry one child — and one family— at a time.”

Since March 2020, The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division has provided more than 23 million meals across the Commonwealth and helped distribute Thanksgiving meals and Christmas gifts to those in need this holiday season.
