Scouting is alive and well in Waltham

Waltham Troop 250

Northern Tier Scouting High Adventure
Northern Tier Scouting High Adventure (Eric Bergeron )

Scouting is alive and well in the City of Waltham. Of course, Covid has had a very hard impact on Scouting organizations across the country and we at Troop 250 have not been left unscathed. Over the past two years, we have met remotely via Zoom and as the "5 Gears of Programming" has allowed, we began to meet in person and resumed some modified Camping activities. 5 Gears of Programming. We are back to full programming and have begun the full slate of Scouting activities and meetings.

Please feel free to visit the Troop 250 Waltham Facebook page and or the Troop website using the link below. Here you will find a Calendar as well as galleries of a few recent activities and a brief history of the Troop in Waltham.

During the school year, we meet at the old Bright School at 260 Grove Street Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:45 PM. If you have a Son or Daughter between the ages of 11-17 please feel free to stop by the school to visit and ask any questions, we would be happy to speak with you.
