Second OUI Charge, Drug Possession Arrests, Assault and Battery on an Officer: Waltham Crime Log

Wednesday, March 1

• David Jones, 43, of Newton, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor - second offense and marked lanes violation.

Friday, March 3

• Jesus Alvarado, 35, of Brockton, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of an open alcohol container and possession of a Class B drug - subsequent offense.

• Niels Pederson, 44, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Axel Domenech, 28, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on a warrant charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.

Saturday, March 4

• Patrick Ochoa, 20, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. on a warrant charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was also charged with possession of a Class B drug.

• Ronald Benoit, 56, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer.
