Second OUI Charge, Drug Possession, Harassment: Last Week in Waltham Crime

Tuesday, Feb. 14

• Ernest Kinas, 49, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on a warrant charge of criminal harassment.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

• Julio Bautista, 22, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on a warrant charge of possession of a Class B drug.

Thursday, Feb. 16

• Jordana Smally, 43, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. and charged with possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug.

• Gilberto Richardson, 24, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class E drug.

• George Faulkner, 63, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor - second offense.

Friday, Feb. 17

• Steven Kozak, 24, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. and charged with trespassing.

Sunday, Feb. 19

• Rony Alvarez, 21, of Brighton, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Herys Polanco Orellana, 38, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. under the charge "fugitive from justice without warrant."
