SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Waltham's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Waltham has 15 Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Michael F. Becker, 67, lives at 181 College Farm Road, Waltham. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1995.

David Bowden, 51, lives at 6 Park Place, No. 5, Waltham. Convicted of one count of aggravated rape in 1985 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1991.

Edward J. Demita Jr., 52, works at 83 Felton St., Waltham. Convicted of 13 counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 2000 and 10 counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2000.

Michael J. Deprofio, 66, lives at 103 College Farm Road, Waltham. Convicted of one count of rape in 2009.

Ralph J. Fiorentino, 43, lives and works at 390 Newton St., Waltham. Convicted of two counts of rape and abuse of a child in 2006, one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 2006, three counts of rape and abuse of a child in 2009 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 2009.

Matthew Galewski, 36, works at 400 Hancock St., Waltham, and 131 Lexington St., Waltham. Convicted of four counts of rape and abuse of a child in 1995 and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1995.

James Hudson, 41, works at 23 Summer Ave., Waltham. Convicted of one count of rape in 1996 and one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1996.

Jason R. Hunter, 38, lives at 764 Trapelo Road, Waltham. Convicted of one count of rape and abuse of a child in 1995 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1995.

William J. Knapp, 54, lives at 3 Calvary St., Waltham. Convicted of one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1978, one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1988 and one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1988.

Robert J. Lamothe, 47, lives at 38 Cedar St., Waltham. Convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1989, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 1992, one count of rape in 1997, one count of indecent assault and battery on a mentally retarded person in 1997 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2014.

Patick M. McCarter, 48, lives and works at 18 Muldoons Court, Waltham. Convicted of one count of rape in 2000.

Eugene G. O’Connor, 50, lives at 96 Central St., No. 2, Waltham. Convicted of one count of rape and abuse of a child in 1982.

John J. O’Reilly, 53, lives at 119 College Farm Road, Waltham. Convicted of two counts of assault with intent to commit rape in 1975 and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1996.

James M. Vanaria, 42, lives and works at 63 Milton St., Waltham. Convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2006.

Derek D. Voskanyan, 23, works at 39 Emerson Road, No. 215, Waltham. Convicted of one count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2009, one count of rape in 2010 and two counts of indecent and assault and battery on a person 14 or older in 2010.
