State Rep. Candidate Stacey Gallagher Tully to Hold Meet and Greet

WALTHAM, MA – State representative candidate Stacey Gallagher Tully has announced a meet and greet slated for next week.

Tully, who is challenging Rep. Thomas Stanley for the 9th Middlesex District seat, will meet with voters Thursday, Aug. 4 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Sullivan Post VFW 10334 on Trapelo Road.

Tully announced her intention to run for office earlier this year as an Independent; she has served on Waltham's Recreation Board for five years and is the dance instructor behind Dancing With the Waltham Stars.

In 2014 Tully was named an Unsung Hero at the Waltham Hero Awards for her efforts in raising money for senior citizens through Dancing With the Waltham Stars.

Stanley has held the 9th Middlesex District seat, which covers Lincoln and parts of Waltham, since 2000.

The VFW Sullivan Post is located at 623 Trapelo Rd. in Waltham.
