Update on Waltham Death Investigation
A 34-year-old Waltham man was found dead in his car Wednesday, Aug. 20, on Overland Road in Waltham.

Three juveniles have been charged with armed robbery in connection with an encounter they allegedly had with a 34-year-old Waltham man prior to his death, according to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
Thierry Tullus, a Haitian immigrant living in Waltham, was found dead in his car Wednesday, Aug. 20, on Overland Road in Waltham.

The juveniles have been arraigned and remain in custody, according to authorities. Their names and ages have not been released.
Authorities, including Waltham and Massachusetts State Police, are continuing to investigate Tullus’ death, according to the D.A.’s office.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has conducted an autopsy on Tullus, but authorities are waiting on the results of toxicology testing.
The D.A.’s Thursday, Aug. 28, statement in its entirety:
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Waltham Police Chief Keith MacPherson announce that Massachusetts State Police assigned to the District Attorney’s Office and Waltham Police are currently investigating the death of Thierry Tullus, 34, of Waltham. The body of the decedent was discovered in a car, on Overland Road, on August 20.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has conducted an autopsy and is performing additional testing and awaiting the results of toxicology testing. Our investigation will continue as we await those results and the findings regarding the cause and manner of Mr. Tullus’ death.
At this time, three juveniles have been charged with armed robbery in connection with an encounter they allegedly had with Mr. Tullus at some point preceding his death. They have been arraigned and are held pending a hearing.
