Three Waltham Cases Announced in Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments
Three cases with Waltham ties – including cocaine trafficking and breaking and entering – were announced in the latest round of indictments.

WALTHAM, MA – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday the grand jury indictments from Dec. 13 to Jan. 27. Included in the indictments are three Waltham cases, including a local man charged with cocaine trafficking.
The indictments are below, courtesy of the Middlesex County District Attorney's office.
Paul Chartier, 41, of Waltham, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, assault with a dangerous weapon, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage. The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.

Kevin Gaudet, 46, of Waltham, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.
Thomas Vasile, 29, of Waltham, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime by putting a person in fear, strangulation, assault and battery on a person over the age of 60, assault and battery on a disabled person, witness intimidation, and malicious destruction of property over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.
