Tomorrow: Early Release Day for All Schools

WALTHAM, MA – Good news for Waltham students -- Friday is an early release day for all schools.

Friday is the first of several planned throughout the fall, with the next coming October 18. And in even better news, students have Monday off for Columbus Day.

Here's a look at important holidays and early release dates for the rest of the semester:

Oct. 10 - Columbus Day/No school

Oct. 12 - Yom Kippur/No school

Oct. 18 - Early Release Day/Elementary Parent Conferences

Nov. 8 - Professional Dev/No school

Nov. 11 - Veterans Day/No school

Nov. 15 - Early Release Day/Elementary Parent Conferences

Nov. 23 - Half Day/No lunches

Nov. 24, 25 - Thanksgiving Break

Dec. 2 - Early Release Day/All schools

Dec. 26 - Jan. 2 - Christmas Break
