Train Gate Problem, Avoid Driving Near Waltham Common: Police

WALTHAM, MA — If you're near Moody Street and Carter Street or thinking of heading that way, watch out. around 4:15 p.m. police said a problem with the MBTA train gates was causing traffic in the Square to back up. Just about an hour later police reported the issue with the train gate was fixed, but it might take a while yet, before the issue with traffic was resolved.

Police are asking drivers avoid the area around the Common - or have patience - if possible.
