Waltham 2021 Election Results: Lacava, Katz, And Paz Win Race

Joseph Lacava of Ward 5 and Jonathan Paz of Ward 9 will remain on the City Council and Paul Katz has won the open seat in Ward 7.

WALTHAM, MA —Waltham's unofficial election results are in! Here's a look at who emerged victorious on Election Night.

Waltham voters participated in early voting and went to the polls on Tuesday to decide who would emerge victorious in the races for City Council and School Committee.

Waltham had three contested City Council races this year. Joseph Lacava won against Chris Gamble in Ward 5, Paul Katz won against David Russo in Ward 7, and Jonathan Paz won against Juan Carlos Ascencio in Ward 9.

In addition, Paul Brasco was voted out of the Councillor at Large race and Renee Arena was voted out of the Waltham School Committee race.
