Waltham Arrest Log: Dec. 12 - 17: Several Drug Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Dec. 12

Niles Pedersen, 38, of 20 High St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Daniel Hoover, 46, of 40 Williams St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. 

Wednesday, Dec. 14

Julie Quinlan, 50, of Franklin, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense).

Nicholas Hyson, 19, of 190 Moody St., arrested on an outstanding warrant for breaking and entering (daytime felony), two counts of larceny over $250 and violating an abuse prevention order.

Friday, Dec. 16

Darline Occil, 19, of 20 Gorman's Court, arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Kelly Murphy, 44, of 20 High St., arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of a class B substance.

Saturday, Dec. 17

Alejandro Tinoco, 32, of 15 Howard St., arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He also faces charges from an outstanding warrant including: a number plate violation, driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving and unregistered motor vehicle and assault and battery.

Lidia Sandoval, 57, of 95 Chestnut St., arrested and charged with possession of a class B drug and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

George Lakis, 23, of 28 Craig Lane, arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and possession of a class D drug.

Clayton Marin, 33, of 13 Endicott St., arrested and charged with threatening to commit a crime, four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery.

Maria Montoya, 29, of 44 Exchange St., arrested and charged with assault and battery,
