Peter Hapenny, 28, of 103 Crescent St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle driving an uninsured motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Thursday, Dec. 22

Kristine Harris, 41, of 27 Middlesex Circle, arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Emerson Cecena 38, of 291 Crescent St. arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Friday, Dec. 23

Nancy Fernandes, 37, of Somerville, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense), starting, backing, stopping and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Dec. 24

Andrew Lam, 23, of 87 Fuller St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Jennifer Gray, 24, of 83 Guinan St., arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended registration.

Sunday, Dec. 25

Mario Estrada, 29, of 107 Russell St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being a fugitive from justice, furnishing a false name to police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

William Ayres, 27, of 30 Melody Lane, arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery.
