Waltham Arrests for Defrauding an Innkeeper, Breaking and Entering, Assault With Dangerous Weapon

The following are recent arrests reported by the Waltham Police Department:
- On April 3, at 1:43 a.m., Jeffrey Rhodes, 50, 102 Orange St., Waltham, was arrested on a warrant, charged with B&E for a misdemeanor and trespassing.
- On April 3, at 11:07 a.m., Isai Reyes, 26, 100 School St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise
- On April 3, at 2:26 p.m., David Dunn, 45, 106 Water St., Leominster, was arrested on a warrant, and charged with defrauding an innkeeper for more than $100
- On April 3, at 9:02 p.m., Daniel Downs, 56, 6200 Post Road, North Kingstown, was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, trespassing, breaking into building/breaking glass
