• At 8:13 p.m., Vinicio Cosigua Perez, 37, 44 Border St., East Boston, was arrested and charged with drinking in public

• At 1:29 p.m., Matthew Place, 32, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drugs, trespassing, possession of Class C drugs
• At 7:01 p.m., Vipul Chopra, 41, 3 Bemis Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14
