Friday, April 24

  • At 4:58 p.m., Judith Jackman, 60, 204 Clock Tower Drive, Waltham, was arrested and charged with drug possession Class E(two counts) and larceny from a building (two counts)

Saturday, April 25

  • At 4:26 a.m., Brendan Lhowe, 23, 24 Bates St., Cambridge, was arrested and charged with OUI (drugs) and OUI (alcohol)
  • At 5:21 p.m., Brian Melnick, 37, homeless, was arrested and charged with failure to identify himself, driving with a suspended license, possession of heroin
