Waltham Arrests: OUI Second Offense; Heroin Possession

Tuesday, May 12
- At 5:47 p.m., Michael Nutile, 23, 109 Cushing St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of Class A substance
Wednesday, May 13
- At 2:26 a.m., John Breen, 57, homeless, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, miscellaneous code of mass. registration
- At 8:07 p.m., Rony Contreras-Teo, 40, 102 Charles St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI (second offense)
