Waltham Arrests: Several Break-Ins; Disorderly Conduct; Larceny

Arrests, April 18
- At 2:24 a.m., Robert Dagostino, 21, 45 Wadsworth Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with B&E into a vehicle or boat in the nighttime (four counts), larceny of credit card
Arrests, April 20
- At 6:11 a.m., Adrian Roberts, 27 Lexington St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with vandalizing a building, trespassing, B&E in the daytime for felony

- At 3:32 p.m., Wendy Joseph, 22, 38 Normandy St., Boston, was arrested and charged on a warrant as a fugitive from justice, credit card fraud over $250
- At 11:16 p.m., Moise Theosmy, 22, 1880 Varum Ave., Lowell, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, and threat to commit a crime
Arrests, April 23
- At 6:29 p.m., Brian Shreve-Marchant, 21, homeless, was arrested and charged with larceny under $250
- At 6:59 p.m., David Florio, 40, 19 Gardner St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with B&E in nighttime for felony
