Waltham-Based CallMiner Wins 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award

WALTHAM, MA — The Waltham-based software company CallMiner has been recognized as a winner of the 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award by Energage.
The annual Top Workplaces USA award celebrates nationally recognized companies that prioritize a people-centered culture and give employees a voice. It is based entirely on feedback from an employee engagement completed by the employees of participating workplaces.
Last December, CallMiner was also named a Top Place to Work for 2021 in the 14th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe.

In the last year alone, the company enhanced its 401k matching program and onboarding/training programs and introduced the CallMiner Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, among other workplace culture initiatives. As a result, CallMiner’s headcount has increased by 25 percent since the beginning of 2021 and its employee retention rate remains above the industry average.
In addition, CallMiner recently acquired audio capture provider OrecX to fortify their existing platform and product portfolio for both on-premise and Contact Center as a Service use cases, according to Business Wire. Last month, the company also launched a set of new cloud-focused updates to their Conversation Analytics Platform, in order to help organizations and customer service representatives navigate new pressures from working in a hybrid workforce.
