Waltham City Council Seeking Kevin M. Ritcey Award Nominations

WALTHAM, MA — The Waltham City Council is seeking nominations for the Kevin M. Ritcey Award for Outstanding Public Service.
The City Council established the award in 2016 to honor Kevin Ritcey, one of the city’s most dedicated and respected community leaders.
The award will be presented to an individual who has provided extraordinary public service to the Waltham City Council, City of Waltham, or Waltham community. The presentation will take place at a special meeting of the City Council in May during Public Service Recognition Week.

To nominate a candidate, community members must provide a one page narrative that details the outstanding public service contributions of that particular nominee, as well as a name, phone number, and email address.
Questions and nominations can be sent to Tom Magno, Clerk of the Ad Hoc Committee to Recommend the Recipient of the Kevin M. Ritcey Award for Outstanding Public Service, at tmagno@city.waltham.ma.us. nominations may also be delivered in person at the Treasures Department in City Hall.
