Waltham Health Department Has Another Round Of Free COVID Test Kits
Tests can be picked up at the health department Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Here's what to know.

WALTHAM, MA — 2 boxes (4 tests) per person age 2+. Proof of Waltham residency is required. You can pick up tests in the Health Dept. (119 School St), M-F from 9am-4pm while supplies last. If any arrangements are needed please call 781-314-3305.

*Please note: The kits are given to us from the State. The correct expiration is 6 months from the date on the box, however, this date may get extended. You can scan the qr code on the box, or go to ihealthlabs.com and follow the instructions to get the updated expiration date.
