Waltham Man Faces Charges After MBTA 'Upskirting' Incident

WALTHAM, MA — A Waltham man was arrested after MBTA Transit Police said he was involved in an "upskirting" incident.

Officials said the arrest happened following an investigation into a Waltham 25-year-old and an incident at the Community College stop.

The 25-year-old was already on probation for another "upskirting" incident, officials shared on X, formerly known as Twitter.

He attempted to flee from Transit Police but was quickly apprehended, officials said.
