Waltham Man Indicted in Watertown Armed Robbery

WALTHAM, MA - A Waltham man charged in the armed robbery of a Watertown bank last fall was indicted by a Middlesex County grand jury.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced the indictments from April 26 to May 10 on Wednesday.

James Eaton, 56, was arrested by Watertown police in late October and charged with the robbery of Citizens Bank earlier that month.

He was indicted on a charge of masked armed robbery, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.
