Waltham Police: 2 OUIs; Assault at Dunkin Donuts; Building Fire
The following are excerpts from the Waltham Police Department's log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Incidents, July 11
- At 1:41 a.m., Waltham police assisted at a building fire, 699 Main St.
- At 8:25 a.m., police responded to a report of assault and battery at Dunkin Donuts
- At 9:04 a.m., Jesse Desrosiers, 34, 56 Middlesex Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault
- At 1:18 p.m., Stephen Savage, 41, 69 Highland St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, OUI (second offense), not using care in stopping/starting, leaving the scene of property damage
- At 6:45 p.m., Rolando Lopez, 60, 28 Calvary St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with not using care in stopping/starting, OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle
