Waltham Police: Arrest for OUI Third Offense; Shoplifting

Aug. 22

• At 2:43 a.m., Walfred Mayen Dubon, 23, 87 Rich St., was arrested and charged with OUI, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a MV

Aug. 23

• At 5:20 p.m., Walter Satzordonez, 35, 62 Garden Circle, Waltham, was arrested and charged with motorcycle equipment violation, driving with a suspended license for OUI, failure to drive in the right lane, OUI (third offense), resisting arrest, leaving the scene of property damage, marked lanes violation

Aug. 24

• At 3:18 p.m., Rudy Palma-Lopez, 32, homeless, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise
• At 5:21 p.m., Brent Descoteaux, 33, 20 Royal Crest Road, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with breakdown lane violation, driving with a suspended license
• At 9:14 p.m., Brian Melnick, 37, 35 Hartwell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drugs
