Waltham Police: Arrest for Shoplifting, Assault, Breaking and Entering

Incidents, June 27

• At 6:39 p.m., Michael Maillet, 26, 15 Old Colony Lane, Arlington, was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise
• At 7:58 p.m., Robert Sheehan, 22, 16 Waverly St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving without an inspection sticker and license

Incidents, June 28

• At 8:17 p.m., Oscar Lopez, 39, 73 Brown St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, trespassing, miscellaneous munic motor vehicle, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, assault and battery
