Waltham Police: Arrests for Arson, Assault, Drugs, OUI

Incidents, Sept. 11

• At 3:38 p.m., Michael LeBlanc, 27, 57 Sofia Road, Stoughton, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, warrant, possession a burglarious instrument

Incidents, Sept. 12

• At 1 a.m., Gilmar Guerra, 38, 84 Pond St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug
• At 2:43 a.m., Philip Wuonola, 24, 24 High St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drug
• At 5:26 p.m., Billy Noel, 40, 74 Tudor St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with speeding, failing to stop for police, failure to stop or yield, OUI
• At 10:09 p.m., Anthony Smith Pacheo, 20, 262 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with arson of a dwelling, larceny over $250, assault, breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, threat to commit a crime
