Waltham Police: Arrests for Assault With Dangerous Weapon; 2nd OUI

Incidents, July 18

• At 3:30 a.m., Carlos Castillo, 42, 33 Underwood Parkway, Waltham, was arrested and charged with alcohol from an open container, unlicensed operation of a MV, failure to stop or yield, OUI (second offense)

Incidents, July 19

• At 9:40 a.m., Pedro Lopez-Vazquez, 35, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon

Incidents, July 20

• At 4:38 p.m., Jeffrey Pierce, 41, 30 Russell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with warrant, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, equipment violation, state highway violation, driving with suspended license, speeding, driving with revoked license, shoplifting by concealing merchandise
• At 6:37 p.m., Marc Allain, 41, 84 Trapelo Road, Waltham, was arrested on a warrant, uninsured trailer/MV, driving with suspended license
