Waltham Police: Arrests for Assault With Dangerous Weapon, Disorderly Conduct
The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Incidents, July 27
- At 11:35 a.m., Marlene Kirby, 58, 35 Fairlee Road, Newton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct
- At 9:27 p.m., Josue Torres, 63, 174 Moody St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license (two counts), disorderly conduct
- At 10:25 p.m., Patrick McGovern, 30, homeless, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon
