• At 5:27 p.m., Stacey Gaudet, 43, 95 Maple St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise

• At 12:32 a.m., Hector Garcia Moran, 33, 29 Francis St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI (second offense), unlicensed operation of a car, marked lanes violation
• At 4:01 a.m., Marcol Espinal, 21, 9 Felton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with trespassing
• At 6:38 p.m., Bryan Sturtevant, 19, 2 Repton Circle, Watertown, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon
