Waltham Police: Arrests for Assault, Drunk Driving

• At 9:39 a.m., Hector Morales, 45, 669 Moody St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
• At 10:25 a.m., John Breen, 57, homeless, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, speeding, OUI
• At 7:06 p.m., Thomas O’Malley, 49, 26 High St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with failing to stop for police, failure to yield, unregistered vehicle, uninsured, number plate violation, one way street violation, driving with a suspended license
• At 7:51 p.m., Anthony Muriel, 26, 3037 C St., Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine (2 counts)
• At 8:43 p.m., Sender Gregorio-Chinchilla, 18, 26 Myrtle St., Waltham, was arrested and charged on a warrant, assault and battery
