Waltham Police: Arrests for Assault on Senior, Breaking and Entering

Saturday, May 9
- At 9:58 a.m., Julius Harris, 28, homeless, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise
Monday, May 11
- At 10:10 a.m., Joseph Aucoin, 55, 7 Duddy Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
- At noon, Robert Cintron, 53, 25 Pond St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
- At 12:24 p.m., Oscar Lopez, 39, 73 Brown St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
- At 3:45 p.m., Gerardo Colon, 33, homeless, Watertown, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, receiving stolen property
