Waltham Police: Arrests for Car Theft, OUI, Larceny

Sept. 21
- At 3:48 a.m., Hudilfido Gamez, 26, 147 Adams St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI, marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a MV, failure to stop or yield
- At 11:27 a.m., Edgardo Santiago, 43, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
Sept. 23
- At 6:44 p.m., Orlando Echezabal, 43, 62 Middlesex Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250

- At 7:38 p.m., Shaundra Progulske, 33, 53 Kilburn Road, Newton, was arrested and charged with OUI, care in starting/stopping
