Waltham Police: Arrests for Drug Possession, OUI Fifth Offender
The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 3
- At 2:22 p.m., Robert Aquino, 36, 81 Maple St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug, larceny over $250
- At 8:08 p.m., Marvin Beteo-Medrano, 27, Unkriver, Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor (5th offense)
Sept. 4
- At 4:16 a.m., Racheal Nabikofu, 24, 56 Charlesbank Way, Waltham, was arrested and charged with failure to stop or yield, OUI
- At 8:17 p.m., Tomas Ornelas, 47, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with trespassing
