Waltham Police: Arrests for Gross Lewdness, Driving on Drugs, Disorderly Conduct
The following are excerpts from the Waltham Police Log/Arrest Sheet. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

These are recent arrests reported by Waltham Police:
- On April 4, 12:31 a.m., Elder Flores, 45, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with B&E for misdemeanor, trespassing, warrant arrest, open and gross lewdness, improper operation of a motor vehicle
- On April 4, at 1:28 p.m., Jaime Ponce, 35, Adams Ave., Newton, was arrested and charged with trespassing, B&E into a building/misdemeanor
- On April 4, 4:24 p.m., Christopher Laronda, 21, 156 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, equipment violation, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle
- April 4, 4:50 p.m., Anthony Ponte, 27, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct
- April 4, 5:17 p.m., Susan Giugno, 47, 24 Amherst Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with cars in stopping/starting TU, OUI (drugs)
The following are excerpts from the April 4 police log:
- At 7:47 a.m., police investigated a burglary alarm at The Grill
- At 3:33 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism at 21 Wampum Ave.
