Sept. 6

• At 12:38 a.m., Jack Gustafson, 39, 211 Grove St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with unarmed burglary

Sept. 7

• At 1:34 p.m., Anthony Smith Pacheo, 20, 262 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct
• at 5:10 p.m., Jennifer Hewitt, 20, 2 Adams Road, Ashland, was arrested and charged with a one way street violation, unlicensed operation of a MV

Sept. 8

• At 5:41 p.m., Derick Maciel, 32, 21 Middle St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with improper operation of a motor vehicle, passing violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle

Sept. 9

• At 11:01 a.m., Lionel Garcia, 31, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation

Sept. 10

• At 1:43 p.m., Douglas Usseglio, 22, 6 Hollace St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate a drug law, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, cocaine trafficking, cocaine distribution (two counts)
• At 2:12 p.m., Nicholas Haczynski, 21, 586 Fuller St., Ludlow, was arrested and charged with cocaine trafficking, conspiracy to violate a drug law
