Waltham Police: Arrests for OUI, Drinking in Public

• At 10:38 a.m., Susan Arsenault, 56, 86 Prentiss St., Watertown, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
• At 11:01 a.m., John Arsenault, 53, homeless, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
• At 4:55 p.m., Robert Zaremba, 33, 35 Mammoth Road, Pelham, was arrested and charged with uninsured operation of a MV, uninsured MV/trailer, suspended registration
• At 9:18 p.m., Israel Castaneda-Valenzuela, 44, 16 Francis St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a MV, OUI, marked lanes violation
