Waltham Police: Arrests for Second-Offender OUI; Assaulting Officer; Drugs

Incidents, June 23

• At 6:31 p.m., Stephen Merisma, 32, 17 Summer Ave., Waltham, was arrested on a warrant, and charged with distributing class B drugs

Incidents, June 24

• At 11:57 a.m., Carlos Bento, 30, 157 Arnold St., South Dartmouth, was arrested and charged with not using designated turns, driving with a suspended license

Incidents, June 25

• At 5:41 p.m., John Morrison, 33, 10 Montview Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle without the appropriate license, OUI (second offense)
• At 8:51 p.m., Andrew Lutaaya, 31, 88 Charles St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, distributing Class C drugs, drug possession with intent to distribute
